This Privacy Policy describes how Prospera Studio LLC («Prospera Studio», «we») collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use our website and our automation, integration, and artificial intelligence services, including automations for Instagram accounts and other Meta platforms.

1. Information we collect

• Website data: we use cookieless analytics with no personally identifiable data (Umami) to understand traffic in aggregate.
• Contact data: if you write to us or submit a form, we collect the data you provide (name, email, message).
• Connected platform data: when you authorize the connection of an account (for example, Instagram), we access the data described in section 2.

2. Meta / Instagram data

Our automation services operate on Instagram professional accounts through Meta's Instagram API, always with the explicit authorization of the person or business that owns the account. Through this integration we may process:

• Public comments made on the connected account's posts.
• Direct messages sent to the connected account.
• Instagram user identifiers (Instagram-scoped IDs), username, and public name of those who interact with the account.
• Mentions and interactions received by the connected account.

Purpose: we use this data solely to provide the contracted service: running automations such as comment replies, direct messages, and support flows defined by the account owner.

We do not sell this data nor use it for third-party advertising. We do not share it except with providers strictly necessary to operate the service (for example, hosting infrastructure) or when required by law.

Our use of Meta data complies with the Meta Platform Terms and applicable Developer Policies.

3. Storage and retention

We store data on secure servers located in the European Union. We retain information only for as long as necessary to provide the service. When an account is disconnected, or upon a deletion request, we delete the associated data as described in section 5.

4. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information: encryption in transit (HTTPS), restricted access, securely stored access tokens, and servers with perimeter protection. No system is 100% infallible, but we work to keep your data protected.

5. Data deletion

You can request the deletion of your data at any time in the following ways:

• By emailing hola@prosperastudio.com with the subject «Data deletion» and indicating the Instagram account involved.
• By revoking the app's access from your Instagram account settings (Settings → Apps and websites), which stops any future processing.

We will handle any deletion request within a maximum of 30 days, permanently deleting the associated data from our systems, except for what we must retain by legal obligation.

6. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, rectify, delete, or object to the processing of your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hola@prosperastudio.com.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will publish the current version on this page and update the «Last updated» date. Significant changes will be communicated through appropriate means.
